Last updated: July 26, 2026
Introduction
Welcome to TaleKeeper (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at endoral.com and all associated tools, guides, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using TaleKeeper, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Creative & Planning Aids — Use Your Own Judgment
TaleKeeper’s tools are planning and reference aids for storytelling, character work, folklore research, and oral-history interviewing. They apply stated formulas and curated reference data to the values you enter and round results for readability, so a result depends entirely on your input and on the assumptions of a deliberately simple model. Nothing on the Service is professional editorial, academic folklore, or oral-history archiving certification. Before you rely on a result for published work, coursework, or a formally archived interview, confirm your approach against your own judgment and, where appropriate, a qualified editor, folklorist, or oral-history institution.
Description of Service
TaleKeeper provides free, browser-based tools and educational resources, including:
- A story arc plotter for the Three-Act Structure, Freytag's Pyramid, and the Hero's Journey
- A character name generator drawing on a curated, tradition-flavored name dataset
- A folktale motif finder built on the Aarne–Thompson–Uther tale-type index
- A reading time estimator with silent, read-aloud, and narration paces
- A campfire story timer for live oral-telling checkpoints
- An oral-history interview planner
- Guides, explainers, and reference content on storytelling and folklore
All tools are provided free of charge. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Your Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Use the tools in good faith for storytelling, study, or personal projects
- Enter values that describe your actual situation and check that inputs are sensible
- Not disrupt, overload, or attempt to compromise the website
- Respect intellectual property rights
You are responsible for exercising your own judgment and for confirming important results before relying on them.
Accuracy and Disclaimers
While we aim for correct formulas and accurately paraphrased reference data, we cannot guarantee that every result is error-free or suited to your circumstances. Results are estimates based on stated methods and the figures you provide, and are rounded for display. TaleKeeper makes no warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You may use the tools for personal and educational purposes; you may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer them, or remove proprietary notices.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TaleKeeper or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost work, missed deadlines, or other losses) arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
