There’s no fixed response time to promise, and no ticket number or live chat — email is read and handled as it comes in. If a question is really a “can you help me finish my story” request, a writing group, workshop, or editor will serve you far better than this site can: TaleKeeper provides general-purpose tools and reference material, not personalized manuscript feedback, and isn’t affiliated with any publisher or folklore institute.

Before writing in about a tool result, it can help to double-check the numbers or filters you entered — a word count, a telling time, or a search keyword is the most common source of a surprising answer. If it still looks wrong after that, that’s exactly the kind of message worth sending.
